Notes for Performance day SATURDAY December 13
Hello everyone! Nutcracker performances are finally here. We are so excited! Here are some details you need to know.
Call time for dancers is 11 am.
Please enter in the back by the loading dock door. Dancers will be directed to their dressing rooms.
Dancers will remain in the theatre between performances. (We will be catering Subway sandwiches and fruit but please pack your own food if you have different preferences.) Only water is allowed as a drink . No messy iced coffee drink or bright colored sodas or slushies are allowed backstage or in the dressing rooms . They can be very messy to clean if spilled.
Absolutely NO eating in costumes. You will need to change out of the costume between shows to eat lunch. Or at least cover the costume well with sweater or T-shirt .
Younger dancers will have adult supervision, but please send in a quiet activity like a coloring book or a puzzle to help pass time.
After first performance, dancers will be allowed to briefly come out into the lobby for 10 min to say hello. No dancers will be allowed to leave the theater in between shows. They will need to be backstage no later than 3:15. After second show they will come out for much longer time so if you plan on taking photos please plan on that after 4 pm show.
If you desire to bring flowers for your dancer, you will need to bring them yourself. We were unfortunately not able to provide flowers for sale at the theater for this time.
Tickets will be available for sale at the door in case anyone needs last minute tickets.
Thank you so much everyone for your support and for sharing your beautiful children/dancers with us .They are ready to shine on stage!
