2026 Picture Order Form

We are excited to continue our partnership with Vanessa Kelly Photography! CLICK HERE for the schedule for picture week - Please review carefully.

Pictures for all dancers - Lakeview & Cedar - will be at our studio in Cedar Springs the week of March 23rd. Most picture times fall within your groups normally scheduled class time, but not all - solos/duet/trios are being combined with the time slot for their group class photo - all ballet students are combined to one photo time slot. This will help us use our teachers and photographers time efficiently. If you have any concern about being at our Cedar studio during your time slot, please let us know as soon as possible so we can do our best to accommodate.

Please note that while purchasing pictures is not required, we love to have all dancers represented in their group photo, so please attend even if you are not going to make a purchase. 

Please make sure to arrive with costumes and make up on and with appropriate dance shoes. Our photo space will be set up in the large room and the small room will be available for changing and touching up make up for those who have multiple groups but the overhead lights will be off. We will set up a couple of lamps in the small room for lighting. 

Note - there are some costumes that are yet to arrive in the next 1-2 weeks. Most dancers should know if this applies to them, but if you have not received a costume and have not received an update from us on the status, please let us know.

Package options are the same for this season:

  1. Digital only package - $40 - includes group and 1 individual pose (or 2 individual poses for solo dancers). Can add extra poses for $15 each. Digital files will be downloaded directly from photographer. 

  2. Digital + printed photos with memory mat - $75 - includes group and 3 individual poses (digital files) + memory mat with 2 printed poses (1, 7x5 and 1, 3x5). Printed photos will be the group photo and one individual photo, chosen by us during processing. Digital files will be downloaded directly from photographer. 

Please complete this online picture request form BEFORE picture week! Please submit ONE form per dancer, per class - if your dancer is in multiple classes, please add the class name to their first name. For  example, "Susie - jazz group" for one form, "Susie - jazz solo" for the second form, and “Susie - hip hop group” for the third form.

Payment is due the night of your dancers pictures or charging accounts on Friday, March 27th - so if you want to change your selection after submitting this form, you can do so the night of your dancers pictures. Completing this form ahead of time will help us run the night more efficiently and keep all of your orders organized!
